Thank you so much for your prompt reply to my online inquiry. That was one of the things that encouraged me to come out to Day demonstrating that each customer or perspective customer was important to Day. The personal attention and effort to entertain our kids while we went over things with Trever was very kind.
I think one of the big influences I had in the process was the service department. The cleanliness of the department and the service technicians speaks to the level of service I can expect. I would seize the opportunity to show perspective customers the service department and give them a brief description of the high level of service they can expect. This was relayed to us but I think showing the customer the service department will really illustrate the point.
Trever was great. I hesitate to call him a salesman because he really made us feel like he was assisting us in the purchase as opposed to trying to "sell" us a car. He was very knowledgeable about the product and obviously felt good about Audi and VW as well as working at Day.
Without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had and look forward to being a long term Day customer.

It would be remiss of us to not comment on the positive experience we had with "Imports by Day." We were buying our daughter her first car and our main concern was safety. Our sales representative, Jeff Mikell, set us up with a gorgeous VW Jetta which has very high ratings for safety. Knowing that it was her first car and that this was a special occasion, when we arrived to take ownership of the car, the carpet was rolled out!!! All the representatives greeted us with excitiment and made it an even more special experience... they knew that our daughter was unaware that we were actually "buying" a car. She thought we were just shopping. The car was sitting in the showroom filled with baloons! We have had the car for nearly a month and we are so pleased with the preformance and all the extras.
Mikell was a true professional, knew his product and was pleasant to deal with. Jack Martz, too, was nice to work with on the paperwork side of the transaction. The online car shopping experience was made a lot easier by Janet Himes, the Internet Manager. She was very accomodating and efficent.
We would recommend any of our friends or family to Imports by Day for thier automotive needs. True professionals in every sense of the word!

I would like to thank you again for all of your help when we decided to buy a new car. We love our EOS (my EOS). It is a great car! You were terrific. I couldn't have asked for any nicer people to work with and you always keep in touch with us. Our salesman even sends post cards to us. The service department was very nice when we brought the car in for its first check-up. Everyone makes us feel like FAMILY! Especially you!

My experience with the Day dealership has been extremely positive. The staff have all been very accomodating. I feel as though I have not only bought a safe car with VW, but I have also bought into a safe company!

I love my Beetle. There is hardly a day that goes by that someone doesn't give a compliment, especially when the top is down. I speak of you often, telling the story of the face lift. I loved it! I am a very satisfied customer. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to refer someone to you. Thank God for computers. It made my life so much easier to shop online, and you answered all my questions and concerns I had; before I made the trip from Johnstown.
